The Bridezilla

Semalam kami terima surat daripada pemaju perumahan yang mengatakan proses kemasukan air dan elektrik akan dijalankan dalam masa terdekat ni jadi pemaju suruh kami datang ke pejabat jualannya di PJ untuk tandatangan beberapa borang bagi proses tersebut dan bayaran RM440. Wow. Mahal juga nak masuk air dan api ke rumah, patutlah orang kurang kemampuan tak dapat nak guna khidmat air dan api kat Malaysia ni.

Ok, api dan air dah nak masuk rumah.. tinggal nak buat jalan raya dan tiang lampu. CF???

Win invited some of our friends to come over to our rented house this Saturday night to have dinner. Two of our neighbours are getting married and going to move out by next year, so this is kind of farewell party for them too.

I plan to cook the simplest dishes for the dinner, Chicken Soto and Chicken Rendang. Let’s hope things will go well – hope I can cook edible food -__-

Meal for 8 pax:

• Do we have a table big enough for 8 pax? 6 pax can eat on the new dining table . Win and I can eat on the sofa.
• Do we have enough plates and glasses? Yes.
• Do we have a big enough pot to prepare the soup? No. So we’ll use whatever we have. Haha.

Most wives to do list might be different from one to the other. Mine goes like this:

• Wake up and prepare  Hubby’s clothes and Nescafe.
• Make the bed.
• Prepare lunch & dinner.
• Take a bath & get ready to work. Bring lunch to the office.
• Work.
• Get home from work.
• Reheat the dishes, serve and have dinner.
• Rest and watch TV.
• Sleep at 10.

This routine goes everyday from Monday to Friday.

ps: That’s why i love weekends.

It has been 2 weeks since we dine on our newly bought dining table from Macy. It’s a glass-top table with 6 upholstered chairs and of course, the whole set is black.

The new house will be small, so we need to buy only compact furniture. We already got three out of five items we wanted, now we are looking for the next two.

• black cheap-leather sofa set
• black upholstered bed + mattress
• black dining table + chairs
• black tv cabinet
• black LCD TV

Win and I are looking forward to our new house to be fully developed, maybe early next year. So we started saving money to:

• install the grills
• install light bulbs, fans and aircond
• install a kitchen cabinet
• maybe plaster ceiling for the living room

We don’t know how much money will we need to do all this, so we save as much as we can.

ps: Poor Win, he’d rather save money than to spend it to buy a new car.

Hubby gained 2kg since we got married. Is it because my cooking is so good that he ate a lot lately?

No worries Hubby, i will help you to loose weight!

Everybody loves weekend, i think. Me love~ ^__^Checked my account, got the salary! It’s shopping time~

• we went out to Mines and I get a hair treatment (first time in my life) and haircut. The outcome? Not so impressive. I rather do it myself at home using any treatment cream sold at the stores. huh~
• i bought new shoes. The one Win gave me for hantaran is torn, i think it’s not strong enough to handle the way i walk -___-
• win bought me a Sloggi! uuuu~ *girls know what sloggi is*
• win bought me the slipper i want! It’s Scholl’s new product which actually feel the same as we are wearing Crocs but with half price!

Bahagianya saya~ kalaulah saya tahu kahwin ni best~ dah lama dah kawen…

I am assigned to a project which the working hour is from 12 to 8pm. I will be getting my role in further details after reporting to the project manager at 11 am today. -____-!

I am worried about Win. I won’t be at home for dinner and he might starved to sleep. oh, kesiannya~

So I cook dinner in the morning and keep it in the fridge. When Win get home, all he has to do is reheat the dishes as easy as pushing the “Reheat” button on the microwave, and walla~ his dinner is ready.

ps: I already prepared the dinner for today ^__^. Hope Win will like it and enjoy the dinner. Alone. -___- kesiannya~

Kita selalu rasa selesa bila berada di rumah sendiri, dengan keluarga sendiri. Kalau di rumah, kita boleh buat apa yang kita selalu buat tanpa perlu peduli apa orang nak kata. Mak dan ayah dan biasa dengan perangai kita, kan?

Contohnya baring di ruang tamu depan TV. Tambah pula lepas makan, mesti tertidur kekenyangan. Pada mak aku, biasalah kalau aku berperangai macam tu. Mak dah tak larat nak marah, dia biarkan aje.

Tapi lain pula ceritanya di rumah mertua. Aku jadi macam “The New Entity”. Aku tak boleh lagi berperangai macam selalu, baring depan TV lepas makan. Aku selalu tak tahu nak tuju ke mana. Nak baring, segan. Nak lepak dalam bilik, segan jugak. Nak duduk menonton tv, segan lagi. Nak duduk kat meja makan di dapur, ape hal la pula. Akhirnya aku duduk kat beranda luar main dengan kucing. -_____-
